When I painted this, I imagined the bridge as more than stone — as a metaphor for crossing, for meeting, for transition. The tower, in contrast, is the guardian: it does not move, it witnesses. Between them, the river flows endlessly, changing every second. For me, this work is about balance: the stillness of what we build and the perpetual motion of the world around it. Together, they form a harmony that belongs to both man and nature.
