Sarbatoarea culorilor
This painting embodies a feast of light and color, where objects dissolve into a vibrant interplay of forms. A bouquet of fiery yellows and reds fills the right side of the composition, counterbalanced by a glowing bowl and a chalice-like vessel below. On the wall, a framed landscape opens the space toward nature, creating a dialogue between interior and exterior, containment and expansion. The palette, dominated by golds, reds, greens, and blues, suggests both intimacy and celebration, turning the entire canvas into a luminous ritual of color.

Gândurile pictorului
I painted this work as a celebration — not of a single object, but of life’s overflowing abundance. The flowers became flames, the bowl a circle of gathering, the window a promise of open horizons. I wanted every element to speak, yet together they had to sing in harmony, like voices at a festival. While painting, I felt surrounded by energy, as if the colors themselves were leading me. This work is my way of offering gratitude to beauty — not calm, not quiet, but radiant, intense, and alive.
