1. How is an artwork from the collection acquired?
Each artwork can be reserved directly online or through personal inquiry. A contract of provenance and a commercial invoice are issued by the Cupola ProArte Association, with payment processed via secure bank wire transfer.
2. What documentation accompanies each painting?
Each painting is accompanied by a CODEX Art Certificate of Authenticity printed on handmade cotton paper with a hot-poured wax seal, an archival presentation box, white handling gloves, and an immutable registration on www.CodexArt.ro.
3. How is domestic and international transport managed?
Artworks travel stretched on their original wooden strainers, protected by four layers of museum-grade packaging and heat-treated wooden crates (ISPM-15), with the option of comprehensive Wall-to-Wall insurance coverage.
4. What tax incentives are available for corporate acquisitions?
Corporate entities may acquire artworks through sponsorship or patronage agreements with the Cupola ProArte Association, benefiting from tax deductions of up to 20% of the corporate income tax due (in accordance with the Fiscal Code).
