Art donation and charity auction of «Metamorphosis of an Iris» supporting the «Sfânta Maria» Senior Residential Care Center.
Community solidarity and civic generosity are fundamental pillars through which art fulfills its most sacred calling: comforting and uplifting those in vulnerable circumstances.
At the 29th edition of the renowned Balul Speranței (Hope Ball), held at Trezor Le Palais in Timișoara under the auspices of AFAR and the «Speranța pentru Voi» Foundation, Master Mihai Teodor Olteanu donated his monumental creation «Metamorphosis of an Iris» (oil on canvas, 80 × 60 cm).
The painting was successfully auctioned during the benefit gala, with all proceeds directly allocated to the construction and equipment of the «Sfânta Maria» Residential Care Center for Elderly People in Giroc.
The evening brought together distinguished members of the community, patrons, and collectors united by the commitment to bring light and compassionate support to senior generations.
